We’ll visit Commercial Drive— also known as "The Drive"—a culturally diverse neighbourhood and hidden gem just minutes from the city centre. Authentic italian coffee, a living history of the neighbourhood and great shopping and eating make this tour a truly unique experience.
After we all meet we will be walking up Commercial Drive to get a coffee. While enjoying our coffees, we’ll pop in and out of specialty shops that demonstrate the diversity of The Drive. After window shopping, we’ll rest and eat on one of The Drive’s busy patios or perhaps tuck in somewhere cozy if the weather doesn't co-operate. We’ll complete our tour at the Legion, a pub established and maintained by ex-servicemen and women. There we’ll find bar games, cheap drinks, and a young tourist crowd. Guests can stay or continue to explore The Drive. We’ll be happy to share our opinions on the wide variety of food options, coffee shops, and places to enjoy a drink. Guests have the opportunity to stay on the Drive at the end of the tour for some night life or head home for the night.
